Woot.com has the Pinnacle PCTV HD Card for only $24.99 shipped. It states on the product website that it works with both Media Center 2005 and Vista Media Center. It is refurbished but retails for $79.99 so at $24.99 it’s still a great savings.

I couldn’t seem to find any information on whether or not the Clear QAM functionality of the card will work with TV Pack 2008 but it should be fine as an ATSC card within TV Pack 2008 for sure.
